What we do:
HHR an provide you with the level of support you require:
- on an 'ad hoc' basis,
- through regular coaching and assistance,
- by delivering a specific project that enables you to continue to manage your staff with the support of appropriate processes and systems in place.
We are happy to give telephone and email advice, or to meet with you at your premises to assist in resolving issues or preventing employee relations problems.
Support:
We can provide assistance
- to undertake specific projects,
- to give cover while you are recruiting an HR Professional,
- to set up HR systems within the office that can then be managed on a day to day basis by existing staff.
We can also provide individually focused support from our own office, via email and the telephone, to produce documentation and deliver advice as required. HHR treats every client as an individual and does not offer a standard telephone advice line. We take each client’s particular employment culture and circumstances into account when advice is given.
Contracts & Policies
HHR can tailor a suite of policies to suit your organisation, whether you have 1 or 1,000 employees. These can be provided individually as you require them, or as a full handbook with management guidance.
We can supply you with a standard statement of terms and conditions (contract) or we can amend and update your existing documentation.
Examples of the policies we offer are:
- Grievance, Performance and Discipline
- Parental Leave
- Flexible Working
